Apex Environmental is proud to announce the expansion of its waste solidification facility with the addition of four state-of-the-art mixing pits, each with a 30,000-gallon capacity. These pits are the largest in the country that we are aware of, significantly enhancing our ability to handle custom batch mixing and solidification processes, particularly for Waste to Energy (WtE) applications.

The new mixing pits are meticulously designed with durability, quality, and efficiency in mind. Each pit is fully lined with 1/4-inch steel sheeting, ensuring high-quality protection against wear and corrosion. Additionally, the concrete walls surrounding the pits are one foot thick, providing the highest standards of structural integrity and long-term resilience.

This expansion marks a key milestone in our commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable waste management solutions. By increasing our capacity and upgrading our infrastructure, Apex Environmental continues to lead the way in transforming waste into valuable energy resources, furthering our mission to support a cleaner, greener future.
