APEX Environmental (“APEX Environmental,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a part of the TPM Group, operates the website apexenv.us (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how we use and share that information, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

When you request a quote, contact us, submit a form, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, we may collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, company or organization, email address, phone number, service address or location, and any details you include in your message about the services you need.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information about your device and how you use the Site. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view, links you click, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described below.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help websites function and provide information to the site owner. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how visitors use it, measure the performance of our marketing, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, as described in the “Your Choices and Rights” section below. The specific tools we use are:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, and general location, which helps us measure and improve Site performance. This information is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. To learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see Google’s data practices.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tracking tags and scripts on the Site. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal information; it is a tool that helps us deploy and organize the analytics and measurement tools described in this Policy.

Microsoft Clarity

To improve your experience we use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors interact with our website. By continuing to use our site, you agree to the collection and use of this data by us and Microsoft. For more information, please see Microsoft Clarity Privacy Statement.

WhatConverts Call Tracking

For visitors who arrive from organic search engines (such as Google, Bing, and Yahoo), we use WhatConverts to display a unique tracking phone number in place of our standard number. This lets us understand which marketing sources lead to phone inquiries. When you call a tracking number, WhatConverts collects call data such as the calling and receiving phone numbers, the date, time, and duration of the call, and marketing attribution details. Calls placed to our tracking numbers may be recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes. This information is processed by WhatConverts in accordance with the WhatConverts Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, services, and support;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and measure the effectiveness of our marketing;
  • Communicate with you about your requests, our services, and relevant updates;
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Site; and
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as Google, Microsoft, and WhatConverts, who process information only as needed to provide those services.
  • Affiliates: With our parent organization, the TPM Group, and affiliated companies, where relevant to responding to your request or providing services.
  • Legal and safety: When required to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, and safety of APEX Environmental, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to other websites, including those operated by the TPM Group and its affiliates. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not operate, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Data Retention

We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide our services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Choices and Rights

You have choices about how your information is collected and used:

  • Cookies: Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
  • Google Analytics: You can opt out of Google Analytics across websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
  • Access and requests: To ask about the information we hold about you, or to request that it be corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
